WOMR is a Houston company in early development. Today, WOMR uses information people choose to provide through our research survey or by email. This page says plainly what happens to it.
The research survey
Our provider survey is hosted on Typeform, and answers are stored there and in our own working files. We ask about how your customers find you and how you think about your reputation. Answering is voluntary, and you can stop at any point.
The survey asks for your business name, but answering that question is optional. If you leave it blank we have no way to know who answered. The survey asks for no email address and no phone number at all.
What we do with the answers
We use them to decide what to build. When we publish or share findings, we report them in aggregate. We do not identify an individual company or an individual respondent in anything we publish without asking that company first.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. We do not add anyone to a marketing list, and there is no sales follow-up attached to taking the survey.
If you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply and so we remember the conversation. That is all it is used for.
Website
Our website host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site securely. We do not use them to identify visitors or for advertising.
Removing your response, and what we honestly cannot do
Because the business-name question is optional and the survey collects no email address, a response left unnamed cannot be traced back to the person who wrote it. That means we normally cannot find and delete one individual response on request, and we would rather tell you that than promise something we cannot do.
Two things we can do. If you can tell us enough to identify your own response, such as roughly when you submitted it or something you wrote in it, we will find it and delete it. And whether or not you took the survey, write to jordan.schuler@getwomr.com and we will remove you from our contact list, so you hear nothing further from us.

WOMR is being built, so this page will change as the product does. The date at the top is when it was last revised.
